Q: Can you use this stand for a ukelele, mandolin and a GS mini Taylor?

Mini Taylor and a larger `ukulele like a baritone I would. I'd probably shy away from the mandolin as the bottom is made for an instrument with a wider base, and the slope of the forks and the single point of contact with the back of the instrument might make it slide or tip.

Q: I'm looking for a reliable stand for my Kala ubass and I'm hoping this might work. The dimensions of the body are: 10" wide, 3" deep, 14" high.

I have an instrument the exact same size as your bass. I tried it with four different Hercules stands and the one you are showing me works best. So my answer is yes to this stand.

A standard full size acoustic guitar of any body style will work just fine on this stand. Also smaller guitars for example like the GS Mini will also work on this stand just fine. All The Best.
