Ill say they taste good. I gave a 3 only because they may be good for someone looking for a small amount of collagen. 50,000 mcg is a very small amount. Equals .05 grams, when recommended dose is 10-20 GRAMS.But...they taste good and they're cute. If youre looking for small amount then these are a great choice. I use them in addition to powdered bovine
