Bought this holster for my Taurus TCP. Fit and retention is ok for the pistol. It doesn't cover the entire trigger guard. The clip is not ride height adjustable (as there's only 1 hole in the clip) contrary to what is advertised. The upper portion of the holster is too thick. i've been using this holster for several weeks and its not comfortable. The upper lip portion of the holster keeps rubbing on to my skin and the longer I use it, the more its becoming more inconvenient to use. Pocket carry is the best way to use this holster. I would not recommend using it IWB. If you want quality holsters for pocket pistols, better look somewhere.

Great Holster
I have a Taurus TCP and yes this holster is a little snug at first. With almost any leather holster, you can put your firearm in a dress sock and insert into the holster and leave for a day or two. That typically helps to "widen" it. And of course, that worked here too. As a pocket holster, it works great. Sits the right way. Though it kind of prints a bit if tight pants/shorts. I LOVE using it as an IWB! The fact that you can adjust the cant is fantastic and it sits at the right level to keep your firearm low but not too low. And you can tuck your shirt in. What else could you ask for?

Mediocre, so buy something else
The IWB clip rides really high, and adds a lot of bulk. The holster doesn't really fit the trigger guard area, I have to smash the gun in and wait for the leather to conform a little. The thick brown leather at the top is meant to keep the holster open to make it easy to reholster the gun without removing the holster from your pocket (I guess), but it adds a lot of bulk. It rubs my leg when I walk, and it prints a very noticeable outline in dress slacks. I finally gave in and cut the stitching with a knife to remove the excess leather. Overall, this holster is tolerable but does nothing well. Buy a different pocket holster.

Not my preference!
Not a great holster. Not what I was looking for and no retention. Gun falls out of holster when I drop my drawers. Aaaa!

Need time to mold to the gun
I got this for my husband for CHhistmas. He says it takes time for this holster to mold to his gun.

Not as good as I would have expected from Desantis
I thought the holster would conform to the gun a little better than it has. It feels like the gun is being forced out of the holster due to the bottom end not being large enough for the gun. As far as a concealable pocket holster......It's fine for baggy cargo pockets but not so good for front jean pockets (which is why I bought it). The black leather circle on the front that the belt clip attaches to is to large and protrudes. I'll still use it occasionaly in my baggy cargo pants/shorts. .......just not what I hoped it would be.

Not really TCP friendly
The package states that this model will fit the Taurus TCP 738. With the larger trigger guard that TCP will not fully seat into the holster. It would probably work in pocket but I am not sure about it for IWB. Also the reenforced lip of the holster really makes the holster very wide and it causes that part of the holster to print quite a bit through jeans. It doesn't look like a firearm but it does look 'odd'. Overall I don't think I will get much use of this holster but a LCP owner might have a better experience.
