I've been thinking carefully before I write this...
I have annoying, stupid ears. I've lived for at least a decade thinking and believing that headphones that wrap around my ear are the kind for me.I've worked in industries where it would be lovely for my headphones to be less conspicuous, and easier to take out and pop in. I have longer hair, too.I'd tried, recently, to convert to 'ambient sound headphones, in an effort to not feel a waxy bud held into my ear as I chew, speak, or move. A suspectedly psychotic coworker could hear the ambient sound over his incessant desk drumming and told me that 'if I wanted a sound war, that I would lose.' I don't work with that [Several Censored Words] anymore.I decided to try earbuds again. They fell out within an hour of just sitting at my desk, testing. I didn't cry, but I felt a kind of frustration borne of powerlessness, and spent time looking for headphones that acknowledge my frustration. That's when I found a video for U.E. Fits.I saw the guy testing it headbanging sideways to System of a Down. I saw a lady show in a very well-written article a picture of the headphones in two different shapes, according to individual ear structure.I warn you of how fast the heating element will start, and that only.I am grateful for these in a way that I am not usually grateful, for I typically provide my own solutions. These headphones have helped, and they stay in my ears. I cannot stress how unique that is, for I haven't had a pair that have done that in my whole life. A good friend had gotten me a very nice pair of earbuds last year, and I lost one that very same day while grocery shopping. I haven't had the gall to tell him, and I think he thinks that I didn't like them. Nobody deserves such a stupid issue because of ear structure. I hope that competitors discover the plane on which UE Fits operates, and strives to mimic them in the most shameless of ways. People deserve it.

Amazing Sound
I've had my eyes on these for a while and when they went down in price for Prime Day, I couldn't pass it up. I was NOT disappointed. These sound absolutely amazing. They are so incredibly comfortable. Following directions, these were super easy to set up as well as fit to my ear. They walk you through step by step and even offer to send another set of tips, for free, if something goes wrong. It's a step-by-step process on one's mobile device (smartphone, iPod touch, tablet, etc) and as easy as can be. I'm thinking a mixture of these issues is why people keep complaining, but I'm not entirely certain. While there is no Active Noise Canceling, there is brilliant Passive Noise Canceling as long as one properly fits the tips to their ears. Now, granted, I haven't tried these in an overly noisy environment (like a train station, etc), but I have used them while in an incredibly noisy waiting room during a doctor's office visit, while there were multiple loudish sounds that otherwise would have increased my anxiety (which are no good for my sensory processing disorder or PTSD), these worked perfectly. It was also interesting to speak to others about them when asked what exactly they were. You're welcome for the free marketing, Logitech.I've seen a lot of people slamming these, but I can only chalk it up to user error on their part. If directions are followed, in connection with a fantastic app, it's impossible for you to feel disappointed when purchasing these. I'm going to try updating this every few months or so, or if anything were to go wrong, as well as use them for different things to get the most out of them.ETA: I bought a second pair. Limited edition electric pink ones from the manufacturer's website. Still among my favorites.

Just not worth the money
I was really excited about the idea of these headphones. I have very small ears (who knew?) and while I love all the features on my Jabra 75t earbuds, the frequent adjusting of the right one when it wiggled out of my ear was a bit annoying, especially when running. These very expensive earbuds are missing so many features for the price, and some of those missing features make them unworkable for me. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm doing it for these earbuds in case other people have similar use cases. Let my annoyance save you from the same! I'm returning them. The good: The fit on these is more secure than my Jabras, although not quite as secure as I'd hoped. I think they'd stay in while running, but I honestly could not get the connection issues resolved at the time I wanted them for that purpose. The bad:- They're BIG. They stand out from your ears quite a bit.- Connection issues were rampant. I could not rely on these to stay connected to my Android phone despite going through all the recommended fixes, such as uninstalling/reinstalling the app (several times), turning off my phone's bluetooth and trying again, etc. Sometimes one would connect, but not the other. Mostly neither would connect.- Call quality was really terrible, even when I used the app to change the EQ to "spoken word." Lots of buzzing, small audio drops, etc. Everyone sounded like they were speaking from inside a metal garbage can.- The earbuds would not work for MS Teams calls through my phone. They would work on a regular phone call, work for audio playback, but as soon as I accepted a Teams call they were dead in the water. As this is the way most of my work communication takes place, this is the biggest deal breaker for me.- No active noise cancellation was a smaller con for me, and one that I knew was there going in. At this price point, it seems silly not to have it.- No pass through function, so if you are talking to someone in person while they're in, you pretty much have to take one out to hear them well. Again, I knew this going in, but it still seems silly at this price point.- They only connect to one device at a time. I should have known this going in, I'm sure a review somewhere mentioned it. If they had worked with Teams through my phone, I could have worked around this one. However, I definitely do prefer to be able to connect to both my phone and my laptop.- The tap functions aren't well designed. I wanted to use single taps for pause/play, but because of how the earbuds are designed, it registered me putting them in as a tap, so they would start playing music when I didn't want them to.TL;DR - While the fit is nice, the lack of features and straight up problems make these extremely not worth it, even on sale for $75 off. You can get much, much better earbuds for less.
