Testors 1149TT 1/4 Oz Black Flat Enamel Hobby Paint

Could the item I paint be submerged in water (like painting a figurine in a water globe), or would the paint come off of it if I did that?

Could I use this to touch up a shower drain? Or could it not work in a place where it gets wet and walked on? Also, what's with the cancer warning?

Can it paint plastic items like glasses frames?

Would this be okay to use on a car emblem?
