We don't have gloss black, but we have Painted Black #WA8555: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072BN8CJV.

I have a 1lt and i wondering if this kit is a bolt on or i have to drill holes ?

Drilling will not be required. Installation can be done by using the self taping screws that are included in the package.
