KICKER Pair 45KMTC8 8" 600 Watt Marine Wakeboard Tower Speakers w/LED's KMTC8

Writing this review for all the SXS guys looking at buying these opposed to the more expensive options. (I’ve only seen reviews for boat application's thus far) Installed them in my 24 can am x3 ran with a kicker amplifier and a JVC head unit and I gotta say they sound and look pretty good. I only have the 2 speakers for now and even then they are loud enough to hear while riding from the driver seat. I’d recommend buying the kicker KMLC LED light controller for the different light patterns. (video is only one of the settings to show for example.) I agree with other reviews, having to drill into roll cage to run wiring and mount clamp isn’t the easiest task but done right it hides wiring and looks good so I’m not too upset about it due to the fact that I don’t plan on taking them off/on repeatedly. The description does say the “kicker” logo on the back is 180° adjustable I just haven’t figured out how to do so just yet but I’m sure it’s not difficult once I figure out how to do so. Over all I’m pretty happy with the product and would be willing to buy another set of two! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a cheaper but still good quality option to tower speakers.

Kicker quality, sound is good. Medium and high frequencies are loud, bass is not that deep, though.

Do not buy, we live in Wisconsin and have these in a boat, our summers are only 4 months long and after a few years they are delaminating, they will do nothing to make it right, very expensive learning lesson.
