The greatest flavor.
This is a great flavor for so many things. I mix it with my coffee as a creamer and since it is low in sugar, it has little calories, but it does have abundant taste. I also use it to enhance the flavor of cottage cheese. That sounds quite unusual, but it is very tasty. For anyone feeling daring a challenge them to use the cottage cheese, the powder as a concrete mixer when it is done right it is unbelievable.

Comparing PB fit no sugar with PB2 original
I kept wondering which kind of powdered peanut butter I like, and of course there is only one way to find out: try them. So U bought a small jar of these two kinds (there are so many brands and varieties within a brand, I’m not sure I can try them all), and did a side by side taste comparison. The PB2 original doesn’t have much sugar and tastes slight salty after I tasted the PS fit no sugar, which is quite sweet. The sweetness comes from a sugar substitute, the monk fruit, and it has an aftertaste that’s slightly cooling, which is characteristic of monk fruits. Both kinds are good and have similar peanut butter flavors, otherwise. Personally, I don’t care much for monk fruit’s aftertaste, even though it is barely detectable. But the sweetness makes it more comparable to regular peanut butter. So I like them both in different ways.

PB fit and homemade sourdough for the win!
I am so glad I tried this!! At first I was wishing I got the classic, but I'm so glad I didn't. I take some to work and when I travel in a small container, so easy to use and travel with. I add to my yogurt for more protein, I make PB for apples. Just this morning I put it in oatmeal, so good. I love that it doesn't have a lot of ingredients, and it also makes whatever I use it for thick.

Great for overnight oates...
I mostly use this in overnight oats to give it a kick of protein and peanut butter flavor. It's a great way to get both without all the added calories in regular peanut butter from the oil and sugar. I also really appreciate the clean, simple ingredients and choice of monk fruit as sweetener.Because it's a powder it mixes in easily into overnight oats and I imagine it would also be great in homemade smoothies or even shakes if you are craving peanut butter.
