Purchased specifically for a trip to Palm Springs. I have never had a visor/sunhat/etc. This visor was wonderful. I wore it the entire time poolside and in the pool. It is very comfortable and kept my face shaded, while the rest of my body was lathered in sunscreen during the 90+ degree temps. It was easy to roll up/pack and I'm looking forward to the next opportunity I don't have to smooth icky sunscreen all over my face. Not a HINT of redness during 3 days of pool wear. One of my best purchases for summer gear.

I have short hair. This visor is very hard for me to get tight enough to stay where I want it on my head. The visor is extra long which is wonderful but I could not wear it for long. I think you need longer hair to help keep it in place.
