Beach set up game changer 😎
These are great. Perfect for the beach on both Florida east and west coast. Holds up to winds. Can latch to tree trunks as well

Great for compacted sand
I have only used these on beaches where the sand is more compacted and not very loose, so I can only speak to their performance in that ground environment, but they’ve been a beach game-changer. They work so much better than regular grooved plastic stakes, and actually stay put.I’ve long struggled with getting the auger of my sun umbrella deep enough when the sand is very firm and damp…it’s a serious workout, and takes forever. The manufacturers probably wouldn’t recommend the screws for this, and it’s try-at-your-own-risk, obviously… but I use one of the larger ones, along with a drill fitted with their special driver, to drill a hole into the sand to loose it up. Then I reverse the drill, and use another tool shaped like a small pipe enclosed on one end to remove the loosened sand from the hole. I can finally get the auger in quickly and easily! They are also excellent for holding down beach stake-able blankets, and I even use them for anchoring items like inner tubes, which might blow away in the wind when not in use (looping a bungee with carabiners on both ends around the tube, and connecting to the circle at the top of the screw). They are very sturdy, and I haven’t had one crack or break on me yet, even though I’m technically using them “beyond recommended” applications.

Saved our tent
I bought these before a camping trip to the beach. I didn’t think we’d really need them but I’d rather be safe than sorry. And I’m very glad we did. A huge storm came up with easily 60 mph wind gusts one night and if it wasn’t for these stakes we would have lost our tent and everything in would have been in the ocean. Everyone else in our section of the camp site had their tent destroyed except ours. When I initially set up I thought it was a little overkill but now I’m going to buy more of them for this year.

Just one step away from perfect…
While it is a great and large tool, the two pack only came with one plastic tube. Now, the images and description do say so, so part of that is my bad, but the very beginning of their own video shows 2 Large with 2 tubes. So what does this mean? You have one safe and easy giant screw, and a second sharp screw that would puncture most bags you toss it into. I’d recommend getting 2 of the individual items instead of the double pack of danger.I haven’t checked yet but hope I can at LEAST buy another tube for Mr. Stabby.I include an image from their promo video showing 2 safely tubed screws.

Very sturdy and larger than you think!
These orange tent screws are much larger than I thought they would be! They really helped to keep the tents in the ground! They are expensive, but worth it if you would like to keep your tents from blowing away! We were camping in a small tree space just a little bit back from the beach and ocean. A storm came through and did blow some of our tents down, but we put these tent screws in (he couldn't find where I put them when they first set them up), and the tents did not blow down again. We had two sturdy orange tent screws per tent. Worth the investment and it wasn't too hard to put them in the sandy ground and then put them back up, using the little plastic handle insert thing that comes with it. Be careful of the pointy ends, though. They are real sharp.

Only as good as the ground they are in
These tent pegs are STURDY, easy to use up to a point, and brightly colored! They are more bulky than plain, straight aluminum or steel pins with a hook or loop on top, but these "thread " into the ground. They will pull out under severe conditions the average tent "pins" could not possibly hold and that tent would be long gone. These pulled up a divot of earth, but did not break!

Great
Like so many others, I am using these to tether my cat around my yard. The stakes are strong, easy to install in the beds of my yard and easy to find. Great product.

Without/with
The picture of the tent without these screws didn’t make it. I tied in 2 tents to my orange screws. Done. Buy proper stakes or keep Getting new tents. Pays for itself
