Q: is it possible to crazy glue this business card holder to the front of a maxgear 8.5x11 sheet holder?

Probably not because the back of the card holder has a 3/4" protruding piece on the back at the bottom to keep the card holder from toppling over backwards from the weight of the cards in the holder. So without a flat back - that would be hard to super glue it to the other piece.

Q: Can this be wall mounted with command strips?

If you use the right type. 3m has a velcro type strip, that would work well.

Q: Do these attach to the 8x11 flyer holder?

I attached mine to a rack card holder with clear glue and it worked fine.

Q: Can I glue it on a wall?

I don't think so. There is a piece of plastic sticking out on the bottom that allows the holder to stand up right. Even if you cut it off somehow, the holder is a little slanted back so it would not work on a wall.
