If you do any leg exercises that leave you sore, get these.
I was skeptical about compression garments for training, but after a good 5 mile hike/run that would have usually left me sore the next day I barely had any discomfort to speak of after wearing these. The fit is snug as it is a compression garment you wear in place of underwear and for that it works well. Just make sure to get your usual size in clothing so they can compress properly. For reference I have a 32 inch waist and use mediums. The quality of Under Armor has always been good for the price and these are no exception, especially when on sale. I personally air dry them after washing as it seems to help the elastic last longer. I'll definitely stick with these if I ever need to get more.

Soft and supportive
I use these for running because the pocket in the leg keeps my iPhone very secure so I can listen to my music on blue tooth. The compression on the upper leg is perfect. The pouch is very supportive so parts don't move around during exercise. Also they look really good on me and that's important.

good quality
THese do exactly what they said they would, give you legs support, and allow you to avoid being sore the next day after exercise. They are great. Highly recommend.

Best compression for BJJ
I’m a 52 yo Jujitsu Brown belt and lifetime martial arts enthusiast. I ordered many different types of compression shorts/underwear for wearing under my gi. These were by far the best brand under $30 for supporting the peas and the carrot (OMBs?). They provide good compression while being very comfortable at the same time. You may see some complaints about them being too tight or too snug. Those are from people that don't know what compression shorts are supposed to feel like. They're compression shorts they're supposed to be snug Dumas. I think these would be good for other intense activities where support is necessary but you're not wearing a cup. They have a cell phone pocket, if you're an idiot and you need to carry your phone while you're scooting or pulling guard. They are correctly sized. If you wear a L underwear, then the L short is the one to buy. They feel great under the gi and work well for no gi as well (underneath your shorts please). Yes, they're a little pricey compared to regular athletic underwear but they're durable and keep everything in place when you're riding and choking sweaty men. Shout out to C Jones.
