Looking for a jacket with deep pockets to conceal carry. Will this work?

I would not recommend this jacket for CCW. The jacket is just a thin wind breaker and your weapon will surely move around and easily print. Buy a thick jacket by Milwaukee from Home Depot its dark in color ,has deep side pockets and this will work just fine.

Because of two zipper system, is this a pullover?

No this is a jacket. It is easy to put on and will not loose its shape as easy as a pullover
