Q: Does this include cleaning solution?

The kit didn't come with cleaning solution. I made a cleaning solution with 1 part water and 1 part alcohol which I looked up.

Q: The kit instructions say to put the cleaner into the syringe. What cleaner? It didn’t come with any.

This kit is a total waste of money. Mine came with cleaner but no instructions how to use it. The instruction page that came with it were not complete and did not explain how to flush or force ink through the jets. And I even bought two kits like a dummy. Good luck in getting it figured out how got work.

Almost a much as buying a new printer.

Q: Missing or failed printhead error. "the printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed". after i've changing the cartridges.

The first thing I would try would be to remove the cartridges from the print head and then remove and reinstall the print head then reinstall the cartridges. If you've already tried that, then the print head itself may be defective.
