I have triend many reading glasses and I keep coming back to these. They fit my face well, the lenses are clear and I love that metal bows and nose pieces are adjustable. The 1/2 lense is perfect as you can look down and use them and look up and over the lens to talk or view longer distances. The only con I have is the smell when you first get them. It's a plastic smell and strong. It wears off but takes a bit. I wear them in my hair when not in use and they stay on due to the metal hinges. I've had them for over 3 years and not 1 have broken. Very satisfied with these.

These are just what I wanted for reading. I can see over the top of them. They are pretty fragile, but not flimsy.

This review is for the "KoKoBin Half Reading Glasses - 2 Pairs Half Rim Metal Frame Glasses Spring Hinge Readers for Men and Women, Black+Gunmetal 1.25".The two pack of half-moon style reading glasses came in a small cardboard KoKoBin box, which included plastic sleeve cases that were too small for the glasses to fit into (lol) and a low grade micro-fiber cloth. The micro-fiber cloth was the lowest grade micro-fiber that I have encountered to date, and I would hesitate to use it (it went right into the trash). The sleeve cases would have been decent if they fit the glasses, and I may repurpose them.The optical quality of the glasses isn't great, but after cleaning the lenses (which came with a thin film on them) it's OKAY. I'd say the optical quality is similar to the cheap readers at Walmart. I like this style of reading glasses a lot and these are fairly lightweight and comfortable, though the nose pads may need to be gently adjusted.I gave an extra star for value, because these KoKoBin glasses are very low priced.FOUR STARS

These are great! I can watch tv and do close work and I forget I even have them on. I got them after cataract surgery because I needed something for close up but did not want to wear a bifocal or regular pair of glasses all the time. The eye doctor suggested I look on Amazon for what he called rimless top half glasses cheaters. They are so comfortable I bought 4 more pair and have them everyday in the house, car and purse. They are very lightweight and have many colors. I got the 2.5 magnification and they are as clear as my old prescription lenses. I don’t have to move my head up and down when I wear them…. Just look over the top.

These readers are perfect. They aren’t too big and are lightweight. I’ve dropped them several times and they hold up really well. They come with a cleaning cloth.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wanted computer glasses, that I didn't have to keep putting on & removing. Slip resistance:Stays put at end of nose. The nosepads and bridge of these are meant for lower wearing, as opposed to wearing up nearer your actual nose bridge. (unless you have a very wide bridge). Color variety:Nice colorsFunctionality:Clear & perfect for what I wanted.

The glasses work well for reading. The reason for 3 stars is that the plastic on the end of the earpiece slides back on the frame. When it does this, it pinches my hair in between the end plastic piece and the metal frame and pulls my hair. It gets quite painful.It’s a shame because I really like the glasses. They allow me to read then look over the top of them and see distance without removing them, like when I’m working on my crafts or cooking a recipe from a cookbook.

wife had cateract surgery and . only needs reading glasses. She is TOTALY happy with this product. Perfect deal and quality.
