I bought these to replace my black plastic utensils. So far so good. A good set for a good price. The quality is fair. Easy to use, feel good in the hand,light, wash easily They function pretty much as my old black plastic ones did, They conveniently take up less space. the fish slice will flip an omelette, haven't tried a fried egg yet, but looks like it will be fine. The straining spoon is a little small Overall I'm happy with them and would recommend to a friend, or anyone who wants to get reduce of plastic/pfas contamination etc in their food
