Easiest way to hang curtain rod on framed windows!!
Absolutely great curtain brackets for wood-framed windows! I didn’t use the tacks that come with, they seemed flimsy. Instead, I used small wood screws and drilled pilot holes first. I used them with grommet curtains and the brackets can easily be hidden with the curtains. Only took a few minutes to hang each window.Will buy more!

No holes in the wall!
Don't let them fool you, you WILL have two small holes, but they'll be on the top of the window frame and not visible. If you are renting you'd get in trouble for ANY holes, even easily repaired, I'd avoid, but these are not going to leave much more than a tack would on your frame.

The idea of these are great though there are a few things to consider before buying. My window frames are hardwood and therefore not easy to just tap these into. If your windows are ten inches from your ceiling like mine and you are hammering at that odd angle you want to be careful to hit your tacks very straight or they will bend badly and become useless. I only managed to destroy one but I imagine you need two for a reason. It would be nice if the manufacturer included a few extras. As for over all support I don't know if they will last. I tacked my brackets flush with our wall but the hook wiggles. It could be that after opening and closing curtains over time the brackets will wiggle loose. Here's hoping not! All in all they were quicker and easier to put up than the traditional set-up.

These are great for being in a rental. No holes needed to be drilled into the wall, no command strips. Very happy with the purchase.

Go with another type if you have mid to heavy weight curtains
These are not sturdy unless you are using it for sheers. Very hard to hammer in because my ceilings are only about 5 1/2 inches from my window frame. Even harder to remove and returning just told me that it could cost a restocking fee and no money back depending on the returned item. Two of the tacks bent (yes it's just tacks to hold it in that is why it is not sturdy). I ordered this and Tap Bracket and although the tap bracket was awkward to hammer in as well, it is very sturdy and I'm going to return these and order more of those.
