These vitamins are what you'd expect from OTC brands, high, consistent quality, definitely kicks in your hair growth, so all the other ingredients are presumed just as good. Switched to these years ago!

A best buy at lower cost and larger quantity. Works very well. Nice balance of ingredients. For brain health, the amount of B12 is adequate but the amount of D3 is low.
