If it has the 2 side bolt on panels then it will fit

It will come with some silver bolts and black spacer, and it will work with factory torx tool.

Q: Will the Jeep’s factory torx bolts work to secure the bracket instead of using the supplied silver bolts?

Depends on the trim level of your gladiator. I have the Mojave, nothing fits this trim level. If not the Mojave, then check the length of the supplied bolt versus the OEM. If the OEM is shorter, I'd have to say no
