This unit does not have the ability to reverse the door hinges

Q: Can this fridge fit a half size sheet tray comfortably?

It should? The internal shelves themselves are 12" deep x 18" wide, and I believe you could have at least an extra inch of depth overhanging the shelf without running into the door. In a pinch, you would *definitely* have extra depth if you removed the in-door condiment trays. I've never tried a 1/2 sheet pan in it myself, but we did find that it can hold a surprising amount of items - much more than we would have expected.
