After taking this supplement for a month I definitely felt a difference in my knees. There are some major health benefits when you incorporate this into your routine.

I was told I have to take these at least 6 months before noticing any results. In the meantime I find them very easy to swallow. I can’t say if they work but my knees are not getting any worse & sometimes actually feel good. Perhaps it is positive thinking but I will continue with these in case they really do contribute to improved joint health.

I'd give it 5 stars, but it takes several weeks for it to begin to show a positive effect.But, the reduction in joint pain are quite noticeable. In that it doesn't contain MSN, this product is not a pain killer. On the other hand, MSN buildup over a couple of months puts me into a constant daze, so I like this product much better. Less pain and still wide awake and alert - good product.
