I have used a silicone-based comfort pad before but suddenly developed a skin reaction to the last one I ordered so was desperate to find something to cushion the bridge of my nose. It came with double-sided sticky tape that I haven't used. I sleep with a sleep mask to cut down on the air expelled by the hose from drying out my eyes. I place the blue pad on the bridge of my nose, place my sleep mask on top to blue pad, then put on my CPAP mask. No more sore, bruised nose, and no air leaks around my mask. I won't ever go back to the silicone nose pad.

This product it is terrible. A thin piece of material with no significant change if you use and very hard to apply since the double sided tape it is not easy to peel. Waste of money. Do not buy because you can’t return.

The product comes with double stick tape to attach it to the mask. However the tape will not stick to the silicone mask pad (F-20). So this kind of works and it feels great. If you're like me and get up at night to pee, you'll have to re-arrange the pad under the mask while you are half-conscious. When it works, its great, and fairly priced. Need a better way to adhere it to the mask pad. Maybe I'll try hot glue? (The second most universal fastener)

Hard to get them place but once they get adjusted they do the job.

This company did finally stand behind their product and did send us some extra "sticky pads" when we found out the first ones were evidently old and thus NOT sticky. So I did up their grade to 5 stars, but I must say I should not have had to put up with the fact that they did not work in the first place. They do need to "stay on their toes" in inspection, in my opinion. I was lucky that this was a gift to someone I cared about and that he was very understanding, that it did not work at first.

It’s a fine product. I just didn’t like it. It had little to no adhesion. It kept slipping off/slipping around in my CPAP mask. It was not comfortable for me. I will not be purchasing this again. It’s not worth the effort or the money.

I use the full CPAP mask with memory foam. I was awakening with redness on my upper nose and one morning even with a blister. The area was painful. I tried placing a nose pad on the memory foam in the area that touched on my upper nose. This worked to eliminate discomfort and blistering. The area continues to be red in the area in the morning but is not painful. The redness is gone within a couple of hours.

Useless. Impossible to get placed correctly on mask. Doesn't seal properly, lets air blow into your eyes. Waste of money. Less than 1star.
