For around $20 a can, it makes a DIY job look professional. Can be applied on almost all common hardware store paint brands without a negative reaction.LONG TERM DURABILITY: I painted a pair of boat trailer wheels 5 years ago. The wheels have been subject to 100 degree summers, and below 15 degree winters, submerged in water, and baked in the sun. The clear has held up fantastically over all this time. The finish looks as good as the first day of application with no sign of peeling or fade.
