Can it be used for facial warts?

Yes, with caution. I used it on my cheek. Applied a little a few times a day and covered with a small bandaid. Took about 3 weeks but it worked for me.

Can it be used on a wart on the inside of a lip?

NO!!! See your doctor or dentist for warts inside your mouth.

The ointment doesn’t squeeze out of the container. Is this normal?

No it's not normal. I use q-tip to spread it on my skin but a slight squeeze at the end of the tube and the ointment comes out
