I have repotted most of my plants into these self watering pots now. All of my plants thrive in them. It makes watering them easy because I don't have the check soil moisture or anything, they just drink as much as they want. I was nervous that some plants that don't drink as much wouldn't do as well in these pots but even they are loving it. Many of my plants can't get enough of the water so they're sticking their roots straight into the water! I was nervous this might hurt them or cause them to rot but it's been months and they're still doing great. I don't put succulents in these pots though, I think they might struggle in these pots since they don't want very much water at all. Regular plants do fantastic though!The one problem I've had with these pots is mould. It's only certain pots that get mould growing on top of the soil. It may be the type of plant, I'm not really sure what causes it. It didn't really bother me before but this summer, I've noticed gnats plaguing those plants. I tried covering up the soil with a layer of rocks on top so I can't see the mould and the gnats can't get to it either. That seems to be helping so far.One other thing that doesn't bother me but might bother others is algae in the water pots. I have my plants in East/South facing windows so they get tons of light. Quite a few of my pots have algae in them but I don't mind. It comes out when I wash the water pots.Neither of these things really bother me personally so I can't get enough of these pots. I love the convenience of not having to water on very specific days and my plants love it too. These are the only pots I will ever buy for my plants going forward.

I love these planters. The top and bottom gets pushed together. The bottom water reservoir is clear and there’s an outer wall spout to refill the water. They’re simple and attractive plus they don’t cost an arm and leg. They do come in different sizes and designs also.

These planters are absolutely wonderful for houseplants, and take the guesswork out of watering. In fact, I've transplanted several of mine into these self-watering pots and they're very happy, including one plant that I thought was surely on its way out! It perked up almost immediately with the regular available moisture. I highly recommend these planters. They're nice and sturdy, and a great value. I'll probably be ordering more of them!

Solid Self-Watering Pot SetI recently repotted some of my plants into this self-watering pot set, and while it's off to a good start, I'll reserve final judgment until I've seen how effectively it keeps my plants alive.In terms of ease of use, I found the water inlet for dewatering a bit small, necessitating the use of a squeeze watering bottle or a small spouted watering can. The snapping mechanism between the top and bottom parts of the pot set is secure, albeit not the easiest snap to manage. However, I appreciate that I don't have to worry about the bottom falling off when lifting from the top.One concern I encountered was that some dirt fell into the water reservoir, which might not be ideal for everyone. Consider using a filter at the bottom of the pot or opting for a different style if this is a deal-breaker for you. Additionally, there was some dirt clinging to the outside of the pots, requiring a bit of cleanup.Overall, this self-watering pot set earns a solid 4 stars from me for now. I look forward to seeing how it performs in the long run.

Very easy to put together and are sturdy. I like the variety of sizes that I can move my plants around into different pots. It's great to see how much water is left in the bottom. At first I was constantly keeping water in the bottom but I quickly realized the plants were getting overwatered so now I only put water in them once the the top inch of soil is dry. My plants are very happy with this system.

I recently purchased these self-watering flower pots, and while they are undeniably beautiful and add an aesthetic touch to my space, I've encountered some issues that affected my overall satisfaction.The design is sleek and visually appealing, making them a great decorative piece. However, the self-watering system tends to keep the soil too moist. I noticed mold starting to grow on the surface, which was concerning. Additionally, my plants showed signs of overwatering despite the intention of the pots to regulate moisture levels.While the pots do function as advertised, maintaining consistent moisture, they don't seem to suit the needs of the plants I have. If you have plants that thrive in consistently damp conditions, these might work well for you. For others, especially those prone to root rot, I'd exercise caution.The inclusion of several sizes was a benefit and allowed for use with several plant types. The smaller sizes are hard to get the top off to add water however. Easy of assembly due to this I would take away a star.Overall, I’m giving them 3 stars because they fulfill their basic purpose and look great, but the moisture retention issues make them less versatile than I'd hoped. As well as the value for the money being overpriced due to the simplicity of the product.
