After reading the other reviews for this product, I was very excited to try it. Sadly, I didn't have the results the others must have as I felt zero difference, no extra energy, etc. I was disappointed that I spent $23 for nothing and will not be repurchasing. However, it was packaged well and arrived swiftly so no problem with the customer service part of it.

This product is absolutely great and my symptoms did go away which explains I was low on Vitamin B.I have a little problem swallowing the pill due to the size but I break in half and it works fine now .

I got these after reading that carpal tunnel symptoms may be a b deficiency. It actually worked! Symptoms are gone. I ran out and waited to buy more, and my wrist hurts again. Buying them right now. I feel more energetic when I take them as well. Highly recommended.

This product is very good quality. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels when I take this. I also noticed that I do not get the B vitamin "burps", unlike when I have taken synthetic B complex vitamins.

It tastes bitter and now I do not feel any difference.
