My doctor gave me a big bulky hip belt (different brand) to wear, and after a few days it started folding, cutting into my sides and bulging. It hurt and looked awful under my clothes. I was determined to find a hip belt that worked for my larger fleshy stomach and hips (size 14). I took a risk on this hip belt and I really like it! I’ve been wearing it every day all day and all night for a few weeks now and have had no problem. And my doctor approved.

I had back surgery almost a year ago and was still suffering pain in my back, hips, and legs. It felt like it was unstable in my lower back. I have 2 back braces but they are bulky and uncomfortable and HOT! I decided to give this one a try and it worked wonderfully. There is much less discomfort with this smaller brace and it seems to provide the stability I needed. I used it only a few times and it has minimized my pain tremendously. Not only did it help my lower back, hips and legs, it helped improve my posture so my mid back and shoulder pain is also improved. I recommended it to a co-worker. I hope it works for her too.

I've been using this for a while, I like it. Not very wide and very comfortable. I'll put it on whenever I go to gym even sleeping.

This belt really works for my SI dysfunction after a robotic surgery. My chiropractor showed me how to use the belt and commented that it was of a nicer quality than the ones he sells. I am wearing this belt 24/7 for the nest two to three weeks and I can honestly say that it is comfortable even sleeping with it on.

This belt saved me from excruciating pain within 2 days. But I ended up buying a second one to support this one because it rolls and digs into my fat hips causing the velcro to scratch my skin or my clothes. It is better than the other belt I bought though, in terms of actually supporting the sacroiliac joint. So I wear this belt and the other over to keep it from digging into my body.

I have been in horrific pain in my lower back namely the S1 for a couple of years. I put off hip surgery longer than I should have because of my job and now because of. My S1 joint is also deteriorating. When I wore the belt it's almost diminished that pain in my lower back. I definitely will say it was 90% gone. You don't want to wear a belt like that all the time because it will not allow your other muscles to work as well but I wear it to increase my activity. I had gotten so bad that I could hardly walk between my hip my knee and my back. Hopefully I will have my hip replaced soon once all the nursing homes and also myself are vaccinated. Talk to your physical therapist or your doctor they can advise you on a schedule and if you don't have either or it is worth the money. It is also returnable but you won't need to return it. Wear it low enough keep in mind when you sit down it becomes tighter so I loosen it in the car. The velcro is very durable and I can tell it is not going to we're down very fast at all. It is just easily and is very comfortable. God bless you if you're in this much pain. I have to stay strong for that hip surgery and oh I'm 70 years old I am starting a new adventure as soon as I recover from that surgery I want to stay strong so I will continue doing my exercises and wearing my belt part time that was my physical therapist suggestion. Smooth lining inside makes all the difference! This is the 3 rd belt I've purchased and this is the 3rd times a charm, for sure. Relieves the pain, easy to fold up and carry on the go. No velcro inside to make my skin irritated and itchy!

This is really great. I did have to cut the velcro a little so it wouldn't poke me or snag up my pants. After wearing it for a little while it does crease. But it really helped me out. I will probably get another one but a different brand that is a little sturdier just for long term use.

After giving birth, this belt gives me dramatic result in slimming my hips in three months. The belt is very comfortable so I can use it anytime even during night time. I would highly recommend for postpartum recovery.

A little too big as the belt fits all sizes. But very fast delivery and it does what it says. So much relief! Very good value. Quality fabrics,much better than my last one as this is wider and doesn't cut. Stabilizes sacroiliac perfectly

I have severe back problems, and an unstable sacroiliac joint. I bought this to see if it would help with the pain I experience when mucking out my horses stables/do general heavy work which usually aggravates it. This belt certainly does help with the pain! I was still a little sore, but no where near as bad as I would be when not wearing it. It stays in place reasonably well if wearing jeans etc, but does slip if wearing smoother fabrics.

Good morning to everyoneI don't want to say anything bad about anyone and nothing with the thought because it may happen or I may have been a little luckier on this occasion and it only happened to try this belt once and for just few hours (not being pregnant, bulky or a little more full) and this being the result of use after a few hours. each decides what conclusion will benefit him.
