*3 year update* I’ve been taking 1 pill daily for 3 years. Recently I noticed my urine wasn’t the bright orange it usually is after a few hours after taking my pill. Thought it was a bad batch so I ordered a new bottle but nothing changed. I finally decided to up my dose to 2 pills, 200mg per day. Within days I noticed the bright orange urine return. I was also waking up every night on the 1 pill (even though I’d fall back asleep quick) and with 2 pills I’m sleeping through the night. But the biggest change were the size of my breasts. I lost 13 pounds over the course of a couple of years but my breasts remained large and even got bigger. I noticed (without expecting it) that my breasts have lost their density, appearing smaller. I can only attribute to upping my dose. Im convinced this is helping to regulate the extra estrogen in my body. I’m 56 and went through menopause 8 years ago. ***SEE BELOW FOR ONE MONTH UPDATE***** *****ONE WEEK UPDATE****** I have been doing intermittent fasting for about two years and work out five days a week. I’m 54 years old, have had a complete hysterectomy and suffer from the occasional hot flash but have been mostly struggling with not being able to lose those last 10 pounds. And specifically, I’ve noticed my breasts getting larger even though my weight stays the same or even drops a little. In doing research, I felt like it was estrogen dominance. So when doing research on how to eliminate estrogen, I stumbled upon DIM. I’m extremely leery to take anything orally. I’ve never taken oral estrogen and only take a very low-dose blood pressure and cholesterol med. I could not find one negative article on DIM so I thought I would try it. I did quite a bit of research and found this specific brand to have the least amount of additives. I’ve been on it for about two weeks, taking it right after dinner on a full stomach. I did feel like crud up until about 2 days ago. I had headaches, muscle pain and slept horribly. This morning I woke up and realized I had slept through the night WITH a comforter on. No waking up or hot flashes which I tend to wake up from at least once a night. This is the first morning I noticed I had the very dark colored urine which I’ve read is the toxins being released from the body. I’ve also noticed is my breasts seem less full. I wouldn’t say they’re much smaller per se, just less dense and full. I have not changed anything in my diet. I’m shocked to think that this pill could be removing enough estrogen to be noticed. But what else could it be? I haven’t noticed any energy increase but I have only been on it for two weeks. I will update this review in about a month after I’ve gone through the entire bottle. ****ONE MONTH UPDATE***** Pros: Sleeping better through the night, decreased hot flashes, bra became looser, waist puffiness has gone down, more motivated to do things. Cons: none I’m so glad I found this supplement. Overall, there’s only been benefits. To expand on what I listed above, I have definitely noticed a slight loosening in my clothes. I’m not sure if it’s weight loss. Could be water weight as I haven’t weighed myself. My chest is definitely smaller which is what prompted me to look into this supplement initially because I felt like it was estrogen dominance. I noticed my bras were getting tighter even though my weight was the same and they have definitely loosened. The waist in my jeans is also less tight. But overall I don’t feel like I’ve lost noticeable weight. Just puffiness. I’ve also noticed an attitude adjustment. I used to dread doing anything. Any appointment or social outing. I’d dread it for days leading up to it. I’ve noticed that has been alleviated a bit. I have commitments on my calendar and I don’t obsess about them like I used to. It’s just something on my calendar to do. I don’t know that I‘ve noticed more energy but feel like I’m always moving. I feel like I get antsy sitting around after dinner. I have a yearning to do things around the house. Slightly more patience than usual as well. I’m a huge believer in this! I continue to take it right after dinner on a full stomach. No side effects...although I did have some in the first couple of weeks. Mainly headaches. That has subsided. I do have a very dark urine first thing in the morning which I‘ve read is your kidneys flushing out whatever it is it’s filtering so that’s a good sign. I actually tried another brand as I wanted to get up to 250 mg but this brand doesn’t make it. I’d been taking this other brand for a month and boy was that a mistake. All the benefits I noticed started to lesson. My daily jogs were laborious. My urine was barely dark and I noticed my energy level had gone down and my sleep wasn’t as good. I’ve switched back to this brand. Took a full month to notice the positive effects I had originally experienced with this brand. This is my brand for life.

Menopause kicked in with frequent, intense hot flashes and night sweats. I was unable to get a good night's sleep, waking up several times a night with sheets absolutely soaked through - ugh! I didn't want to go with HRT, and wanted to find a natural way to reduce or eliminate the symptoms. This product works!! I take one capsule a day, usually with my morning coffee, and now have almost no hot flashes at all, and sleep soundly at night. I'm slightly warmer now overall than I was before menopause, but it's subtle, and doesn't disturb my sleep or interfere with work or other tasks. I'll occasionally feel a little "warm flash" - it's now very mild, and maybe only once or twice a day. And once in a while I'll wake up at night just a little warm, and will stick one leg out of the covers, but I'm no longer sweating up the sheets. Now I feel like I can breeze through the change, no sweat!

Have been taking these for about 2 months. I have more energy throughout the day. Was feeling really run-down, and felt like I needed a nap most days, now I don't. I have a 8 and 3 year old to chase around. I feel like I am sleeping somewhat cooler at night and sounder. Feel less sluggish in the morning. Also seem like they just take the edge off the stress of every day life, and help with mood swings. Have not had a problem with headaches. Have not noticed any weight loss. But craving sugar less. I researched the ingredients, and really no side effects of taking this. I would recommend giving this a try, I make sure I take mine every day!

Great supplement, cost is less than others.

I was in desperate need of a supplement to relieve my hot flashes & stress. I was excited to try this brand based on the reviews. For the first 2 weeks, I felt that my hot flashes decreased but, no significant changes in my mood. Then .... around the 3rd week, I noticed that my flashes INCREASED!!! I was having so many that I could barely function! I stopped taking them for a week & noticed that I had LESS flashes than I did BEFORE I started taking them. Don't think I will be ordering these again!
