Don't let the price fool you. Makes great espresso
I like this machine because you can make a double, double shot at one time. It's very simple to use and works perfectly every time. Great coffee and soooo much cheaper than most every other espresso machine.Works great!

Little espresso maker last the longest!
If you want a good, solid espresso maker?. in this price range that allows you several espressos a day? After zillions of other makers (this price range) this is the ONE! It lasts it continues on & makes great espressos with steamed milk.Only problem? And why I gave it 4 stars, not 5? The little plastic steamer part CRACKED in the first month & was unusable. I replaced it with a metal one I’d saved from another espresso maker & it’s gone on every day - several times a day; quite happily.I do not like the issue with the “overfill of water placement” but it’s workable.

Does the job & saves me money!
I had been considering buying a little espresso machine for a while & finally decided on this one. I wanted to go with a cheaper option in case I didn’t end up using it like I planned, but I have only had this thing for a little over a week & use it multiple times a day. I was buying an iced latte at my local coffee shop 6 days a week for $7-$8 each. I was able to purchase this machine, espresso (pictured & tastes great), disposable cups, syrup, and caramel to drizzle for less than half of what I was spending in a month before on lattes. This is my first espresso machine to own, and it’s pretty simple to use. If you like hot drinks & want to froth milk, just make sure you add enough water using the included measuring cup or it won’t create enough steam for both the espresso and the frothing. It’s easy to clean & within about 5 minutes, I’ve got my drink ready & honestly tastes just as good, if not better, than what I was purchasing before!

Beginner Coffee machine
Good coffee machine. It last a good time but I wish it would last longer, sometimes it get stuck and does not work properly. The brew speed is very fast and makes coffee fast.

Good Price but MAKE SURE LID IS LOCKED IN
For the price, it was a great buy. I really enjoyed the ease and simplicity of use. The reason I gave 3 stars is because if the water topper is not properly locked in place, it is possible for it the come off during the steaming process. Luckily, there were no major injuries, but it was enough of a concern that I felt a safety feature should have been included in manufacturing and production.

Good Enough for the Money, Not Elegant
(Revised May 2024) One gentleman made an extremely helpful video on how to operate this baby. Watch it. This being my first espresso machine and on a tight budget, there seemed to be enough happy opinions of the Mr. Coffee that I decided to try it. You get what you pay for and this is ok for the money but not elegant. It makes one tiny cup at a time; the water pitcher measures enough water for you to have a 1/4 of it left to steam your milk. The "brew" and "steam" are confusing as to where to turn the dial and turns off when going from one to the other, (I guess that’s a safety feature?) and they are not ergonomic for your hand to twist. Make sure the lid to the water is completely tight or you will lose all the steam.) The maker does not come with cleaning tools. I ordered some separately, like tiny whisks/brushes. Another inconvenience. The plastic tube protector on the steam infuser chipped and finally lost itself in my garbage can. No big deal there. And I found that it takes a bit of strength to 1)tighten the cap enough on the water tank; 2)pull the espresso "portafilter" into position and remove. You have to do this with both hands and there is no good way to hold the light-weight pot into a solid position while prying the filter into the straight forward position, have to straddle the top of pot with one arm to give some leverage, awkward but do-able. I'm still not sure how tight I should be tightening the steam cap down without ruining the seal, even though I have now made a year’s worth of espresso. I have not tried yet how to clean it out (lime build-up).
