so beautiful book.recipe is not so much.

Whilst I was expecting a lot of the recipes to be meat and fish based I was delighted to find a section devoted to vegetarian curries and comments about how important vegetarian curries are to the local cuisine.it's a real shame then that many of the "vegetarian curries" and not in fact vegetarian at all, requiring the inclusion of Maldive Fish Flakes. Perhaps the section should have been entitled vegetable curries?

Poor value for money.Recipes are not always easy to follow.Some ingredients asked for in recipes not easy to get in the main Supermarkets.They have to be sources from Sri Lankan or Indian Grocery Stores.

I did not like the recipes & the planning of the book.

After searching for a long time I got hold of this book . Great traditional recepies of Sri Lanka. As a Sri Lankan it Takes me back to my childhood days. Tried most of the recepies . They came out great!!Good communication from supplier and fast delivery as well. Would highly recommend!!

Great recipe book and quick cant wait to start cooking from the amazing recipes
