My aunt gifted me my first bottle of Moringa Capsules from Perfectly Natural herbs. I was very skeptical at first. I cannot stress how many products I have tried to increase my energy. Friends have noticed my skin, my overall well being and the extra benefit of loosing weight and maintaining with no crazy dieting, but sensible eating and lots of water and walking. Orthopeadic surgeon said it was arthritis and ice and exercise would help. Well it didn't help - but when I took Moringa for a week, I am mobile again. In addition to less pain I have more energy for exercise. It is a daily must for me.

I used it to increase my milk supply! I got an allergic reaction to Fenugreek and my milk supply issue had not improved over 3 months! I started taking Moringa and it worked quickly! I saw an increase within 24 -48 hours and I was taking only 2 pills per night to start off slowly in case I had a reaction. So far my baby has been ok. He was definitely gassy when I took Fenugreek but not as much on this one.

Out of all the vitamins i take this is the main herb that i can immediately take and within 15 minutes it helps with an upset stomach, constipation and energy. It helps your thyroid, acne, nail growth, skin, hair and overall health. It regulates bowels and supports hormones. It does a lot for my health overall. I enjoy these vitamins will take as long as i am here.

I've been taking 3 capsules of this stuff a day for about a month now. I do have a little more energy during the day and a lot less insomnia (huge problem for me) at night. I've also been noticing a little less stiffness in my knees and a bit more stamina when I'm up walking around. So, overall, I'd say this stuff is doing me some good, but I don't think it's the great miracle cure promised by all the articles I've read about it. Note: as of my last "blood work" last month, I had only been taking this for about a week so it was too soon to tell. I go back to the Dr. in Feb. They test me every 3 months for my thyroid (funny how it's necessary to test me that often when I have good insurance as opposed to when I had no insurance and once a year was sufficient)...but anyway, they are always watching my blood sugar (have had a couple of slightly high readings), blood pressure (it's been a little high the last few months) and cholesterol, which is already at very healthy levels (again I think they are milking my insurance but I digress)...but we'll see in Feb. how my sugar and BP are looking, and if they show improvement, maybe i'll up my rating a star or two. Meanwhile, when this bottle is gone I plan on buying more, to give it long enough for a fair trial. I do think it's worth sticking with for a while and at this point I would recommend it to others.
