I can’t say enough positive things about this product! It is top QUALITY (Swiss do make Rolex watches after all). All parts are quality made, well thought out and even have extra O-Rings for added leak protection. All parts needed for the install, just make sure you have the right valves installed in your home. Super easy install, no mess with plumbers putty or silicone. I don’t usually leave reviews but this product impressed me so much that I had to leave a review!!! Müeller deserves our money and I hope the quality and price are here to stay!!

Easy install the drain (high quality gaskets, sealed on the first attempted install... Not true of the one I'm replacing)Easy install of the faucet (just hands tighten the large threaded connection nut, and attach and tighten the two hot and cold lines (pre attached to the faucet).Faucet feels very solid /heavy duty, as does the drain (smooth locking mechanism), and design and finish looks great installed (if you like this single handle style).Faucet flow is pretty high, on full,which is nice. Drain accommodates the high flow without issues.

Great aesthetics and functionality. Installed a few days ago but can already tell these are really good quality (will update if needed). Main issue I’ve seen with these, as well as similar models from other manufacturers, is that the hoses are not long enough to connect to the water at the bottom of the cabinet; if you run into this you will need to spend another ~15-20 dollars in adapters and extenders at your hardware store, can add up when you install multiple.

The one thing that caused me to not give this 5 stars relates to the drain assembly. The drain assembly appears very well built. The one problem is that the drain assembly did not fit great in my old sink. It doesn't leak, but water does pool a little around the drain (I read this in another review before purchasing it). Overall it seems very well built and was easy to install. The faucet works well after a couple weeks of use.

My current knock-off brand faucet is less than a year old and the water became extremely slow. I decided to replace it but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg so I decided on this one. I didn’t have high hopes when I first clicked on buy but let me tell you, this thing is amazing. The install was a breeze. It has a plastic hand-length nut that has metal grooves which makes it a breeze to tighten to the sink - no more trying to get large tools up inside a small sink cabinet! It came with the water lines pre-installed so I didn’t have to fish my fingers inside the long body of the faucet and it came with the correct size nuts for the water line. As a bonus, it even came with a push-lock sink drain which I didn’t even realize it did. It also came with a glamor plate to cover pre-existing holes.Worth it!

Great quality product for the price. Love the look and feel, and somehow seems to give more water pressure than the previous two faucets I’ve used. The one super minor thing that stops it from perfection is the extra time it took trying to screw the pipe in “anti-clockwise” as directed in the instructions. Nope, it screws in clockwise from my perspective. Now if you’re trying to screw it in from underneath while look down from the top it would be anti, but that seems rather unintuitive to me. But that’s a super minor nit. Overall big thumbs up, and no hesitation recommending if your in the market.

I hired someone to install this faucet. I was pleased to discover it included the hot and cold lines. The Plummer did not complain about the installation which went well. I am very pleased and hope it holds up well. I also just ordered a second one for another bathroom.

I wish I could like this faucet and it worked as it should, but it's not the case. The customer service is good, but at the end of the day, it leaked in my application, where the supply line hose [included already attached to the faucet] attaches to my plumbing valve. I didn't notice this at first because it's a very slow leak drip. It was installed for months. If I were to guess, it is approximately numerous drips per day. Something slow enough that is easy to miss if you're not looking. To try to fix, I removed the supply line from the plumbing valve, applied teflon tape and plumbing sealant. That helped, but still a slow drip after a day or so. I contacted customer service and they replaced it under warranty. I installed the new one, and same issue while using teflon tape and plumbing sealant. I removed it, installed a brand new Delta brand faucet and the issue went away. Unfortunately the hoses on this faucet cannot be replaced. The gasket in the supply hose was not compatible with the plumbing valve connection. I re-sold these two faucets to someone on facebook marketplace to try to cover the costs of buying a new delta faucet.
