I've purchased similar magnetic sheets in the past that were 12 mil and I found that the magnetism wasn't strong enough for some bulkier items (like patches) to form a strong bond on metal surfaces. The 20 mil thickness definitely does well as magnetic backing for stickers and patches!

These work amazingly. The adhesion is extremely strong and the magnetic strength is what I expected. They're easy to cut as well to make into whatever shape you desire. I will end up buying more in the future.

I cut it out in the shape of a decal sticker I had for my car. I drive on the freeway every day and so far it hasn't fallen off. They are easy to work with and cut to the shape of your choice.

Magnetic bookmarks are easy to make with these magnet sheets. A 1" square is perfect- strong enough to stay in place and easy to pick up to move.

I wanted to mount a few light travel magnets and I could not even get some to stay. The sheet is very thin and does not have enough of a magnet.

Since retiring, my husband and I have done some traveling and collecting stickers to put on our car. Thinking about it, we weren't sure we wanted to mess up our car, or the stickers, by sticking them on the car--or the window. I got the idea from a magnetic sticker we bought that had weathered the sun and rain and can be moved easily or removed as needed. I bought these sheets to stick my stickers on then cut out to put on the car.....and on the refrigerator, the back door, the microwave, any metal surface. Works wonderfully!

Magnet not as strong for catching pins on sewing machine bed.

This was a life saver. I have many ideas on how to make my cards work and most of them involved expensive solutions.Not this. These magnates served the purpose with the simplicity I needed. You may have to cut them with special tools but they hold on pretty well.

It works perfectly and is just as described but one sheet was missing the sticky part to stick it on a picture

I used the 5" x 7" adhesive magnetic sheets for storing StampinUp dies. It is easier to remove the metal dies from the magnetic sheets when needed as opposed to leaving them on the paper with very sticky strips they are attached to when you purchase them, and the magnetic strips still fit in the sleeves the dies are shipped in. I checked several local stores to find the 5" x 7"magnetic sheets and the only store where I found them was way more expensive than I could purchase them online at Amazon.

The magnet is very weak when cut into small pieces; it isn't strong enough to hold itself!

Did I do something wrong !!!! Cut and installed on two fireplace remotes. Peeled back the outer cover to expose the adhesive, stuck on to the fireplace and remote. Barely has enough magnetism to hold up these little light weight remotes. Am I missing something. !!! is there something else that needs to be peeled off.
