Initially loved the look of this carousel but as you can see from the video, it jams and locks up as it's going around and makes a clicking noise when stuck. I can't find how to contact the seller to get a replacement under it's warranty as we are now out of the standard return period.

Beautiful detail, love that the carousel inside globe and outside both spin. Music is whimsical, to the tune of “You are my sunshine”. The multi-colored lights are a fun touch, my daughter loves it!
