Doesn’t work

I’ve been trying numerous “white” toners. I’ll be adding this one to the list of ones that do not turn hair white at all. It didn’t even change my original bleached color. A total waste of money. I’m so disappointed … again.

One of my go to hair bleach brand!

I like this hair bleach well enough to have bought it multiple times but there definitely are better ones out there! I don’t think it is the level it says it is but still works great for lighter blonde natural hair.
