Nothing like a Mont Blanc pen. The pen was a gift from a client 25-30 years ago when we wore a coat and tie every day. I carried it for years, then became more casual. I hadn’t written with it in years. Receiving this replacement ink reminded me that writing with lux is unmatched.

Of course it's expensive. It's Montblanc. It is, however, a wonderful writing experience. The ink flow is great and the line is a full line and with the lovely shade of royal blue the writing is nicely visible. As to the longevity of the cartridge, I can't really say as I have only had it a short while and it doesn't get used that much. I will say the last one I purchased (years ago) did not last nearly as log as I thought it should. I am hoping this will last longer. If it writes out soon, I'll update this review.

The cartridges are the perfect replacement for the Mont Blanc pen. They are a bit pricey.

Have had the pen for over 30 years. This is just a constant replacement. be aware the tip is fragile and do not tap on the desk or other hard surface

Lack of clarity as to what pen models this works for (does not work for Meisterstruck which is a ballpoint but not a rollerball!?? . So I bought $20 worth of the wrong model, only discovered after taking from box and trying to put into pen. Upset because Mont Blanc refill I currently use is NOT working, constantly clogging. Supposed to be finest pens and for what you pay, one would expect perfection. Refill Does not work with any other pen, wasteful propriety business model that ultimately repels customers.
