I've never liked the taste of Sardines but I know how healthy for you, they are. So seeing these in hot sauce, I thought maybe it would improve the flavor. So when they arrived, I heated them slightly and ate them with crackers. Pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were. Now I can eat tons of healthy fish and actually enjoy the aftertaste

Humans and pets enjoying Hot Sardines!
As much as I don’t particularly associate these sardines being used for cat or dog food considering the Hot Louisiana sauce that has a nice kick, or should I say, a hot kick! and frankly the sight of a single cat or dog, or even more than one, enjoying a tin of these rather tasty hot fish would crack me up! I suppose they would not be using crackers to subdue their hotness. Nicely impressed with the Hot Louisiana Sardines. Enough to consider it slightly above average. Price and taste meet hand to hand, and one was consumed with saltine crackers plus bits of cheese. I find them lightly too hot now that we had a few, might not seek an encore for that reason, and a reviewer says they are prats? Cousins to sardines? It certainly disagrees with their title, almost deceiving if that statement was accurate. Hot, indeed, for heat seekers, that is. They certainly are a hot snack for just about any time, 4 Stars.

Delicious spicy canned sardines
Now, these are some really tasty spicy sardines! I have liked the other flavors of Beach Cliff sardines that I have tried in the past, so I didn't hesitate to give these a try when I found them at a discounted price. They have just the right amount of heat/spice to them and taste fresh. I love eating them with a bowl of white rice. I would imagine they would work great in any type of dish that you can add fish to. Definitely recommended, if you like spicy food and fish.
