Let's start with what I really like about this product and the reason I bought it...the shower head. I love the ergonomic design that allows me to hold it easily in one hand and operate the flow switch on the side of the head. I also love the silicone "massager" ring and pointy things that comb through my dogs hair when I'm washing her. They really help to loosen dirt and debris.There are some things that are disappointing given the price of this product. The towel is a very soft, absorbent material but is much smaller than I expected. It's not as large as a standard bath towel. For my 50 lb. fluffy dog, it's nowhere nearly big enough to dry her. Secondly, the hair trap does not allow enough water to flow through. I am using it in a walk-in shower. If I use the trap, the water will fill the shower and overflow onto the floor even when there is no hair in it. Third, the shower hose is a standard 6 ft. This isn't long enough for my shower to use conveniently all the way down to my dog's feet unless I can keep her still directly under the shower head. I purchased an 8 ft hose which works perfectly.Lastly, I was surprised that the diverter is plastic. I didn't count this against the product because it might prove to be very durable but I am a bit skeptical.To end on a positive note, the knob on the diverter that's used to change flow from the regular shower head to the pet washer is very easy to turn because of its large diameter and protruding levers and has a very positive feel to it when it is turned to the various flow positions. The product also came in a nice zippered tote that we'll use for trips with our pooch.If you have a medium to small dog and the 6 ft hose works for your shower set up, this product is a big winner. If you have a bigger fluffy dog with a high shower head, the product will still suit your needs but you may find a more cost effective solution.

I used to give my dogs a bath in the tub by leaning over the side with a big cup to get them water and rinse them off. Needless to say they were only bathed when it was unbearable. I raised my hand to foster 3 pups with sarcoptic mange which meant giving all three a bath everyday for 5 days and then every other day for a week. My husband surprised me with this and I don't think I have ever been so happy with the gift before! It was easy for him to install. It is sturdy and the water pressure is great. It has a switch on the side you can use to turn the water off while you are letting the shampoo sit which comes in handy. I love this thing. It makes things so much easier. Bathing my dogs, or my fosters, is not a chore anymore!

I only have used it once on my three dogs but I think it's awesome! The soft bristles and cupped shape make it a perfect dog bath, they loved it and so do I! I can't say how durable it is but I love the design, the hose isn't harsh chrome, it's soft and flexible. I really hope it stands up because it is by far the best!

My 2 mini schnauzers and 1 standard schnauzer love it. BUT 2 of them had to get used to it...it has better water pressure than the cheap hose I was using so it makes a little more noise with the higher water pressure and they weren't used to a metal hose. After a few minutes, though, they were comfortable with it. I love how quickly it got the dogs thoroughly wet and rinsed off. It made bath time a lot quicker experience.

I love it! More importantly, my dogs love it! The sprayer with massage like attachement is awsome.

Unfortunately to say it’s indoor/ outdoor is a stretch when it only fits on a standard shower pipe. The hose is not nearly long enough to actually work on any standard shower. Very expensive item to not fit it’s purpose or match what it says on the description without finding an adapter to go from a hose fitting to a pipe fitting. I would not recommend paying this kind of price for what I received.
