These are fantastic art books! The quality is really nice, as well as the size. We use them for our kids for their homeschool art books and they spend drawing in them for hours each day. The paper weight is nice and it works well for their sketch drawings. We have not used them for paint, but love them for colored pencils, charcoal pencils, crayons, etc.

I got this sketchbook for myself (and sometimes my kids), and it’s been really good. The paper feels thick and smooth, perfect for pencils, markers, or light paints. I like the top spiral binding because it’s easy to flip pages and it lays flat when I’m drawing.It’s a great size to carry around, and the 100 sheets mean I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon. Plus, the acid-free paper means my sketches won’t yellow over time, which is a nice bonus.Overall, a solid, affordable sketchbook that works great whether you’re a beginner or just want a reliable pad to practice on!

I live these sketch books! They are well made and have a sturdy outside. The paper is a heavier weight and is great for practicing or permanent art. The paper has some texture to it but is great for sketching!!

Use it for making journals and the paper is excellent. Smooth, consistently the same shade and does not bleed when using a fountain pen. Maybe not everyone’s needs, but it works great for me. Price is good, too.

Catch this on sale, and you get a very nice hardcover book for an excellent price. Like something you would find in a grand old library. Spiral bound, heavy duty, and the paper is thick with a nice texture. I really feel like I got a wonderful deal, I would highly recommend any Fuxi product. 9 x 12, quality made.

I do ink sketching and drawing. The texture of this paper is perfect. The thickness of the entire book is such that all you need for urban sketching (for example) is just this. You don't need another book or background for support. I've just ordered a second one.
