Q: how much does it weight?

Not sure about the exact weight but it is quite light to me. I can handle it with one hand easily. It stays in the back floorboard of my car. I can reach around with one hand and bring it up front to position it where I need it to transfer from car seat to my chair.

Q: how wide is it? how long is it?

I don't remember the exact measurements on this because it was too small for my dad and we returned it. I think it was only 24" long- which would probably work for someone who has stronger mobility and is smaller- or a woman. The one that we ended up getting was 30" with only one handle and is about 6-7" wide, which works for a larger person. My dad is 6' tall, unable to use from the knees down and is about 230 lb. The return transaction was easy and fast on the smaller one.
