I suffer terribly from extreme heat. I actually fainted several times because of it. Prior to over-heating I would get a senstion of waviness, feeling of nausea and extreme body heat. The powder mixes well, the flavors are delicious without a fake after taste and I always feel well hydrated during a hard workout. No stomach upset for me, but I'm not hyper sensitive to anything much anyway. Definitely recommend.

Normally electrolyte powders tend to be too salty tasting when diluted. This Ultima brand is not like that. A light flavor that we really enjoyed and the electrolytes made us feel so much better physically. We had more stamina and felt better balanced. It mixes up well in water and was not clumpy at all. Great value and great flavors! We will purchase again.

Love the flavors. This is a great hydration tool. Super easy to mis and the ingredients are good. No stomach upset and mine is very easily upset. I've bought these a bunch of times but typically from whole foods.

These small tubes make about 16 to 20 ounces of very tasty sports drink each, just like Gatorade Zero or SmartWater. I keep the tubes in a handy jar to easily keep my four 20 ounce jugs full in the refrigerator, ready to grab. My doctors told me to drink more water, but I don’t really like plain water, so this sort of additive is not only tasty but helps my body stay healthy. I wouldn’t drink as much water otherwise. And the electrolytes are good for me, too. Also, I used to subscribe to sports drinks and didn’t like the large and heavy boxes I had to bring in the house. Needless to say, it’s nothing to bring the pack inside. I’m glad not to be shipping so much water. No need for that. I recommend these little powder packets.
