I purchased another knee brace from another manufacturer. It’s a brace made for plus sized men and women. The Velcro on the bottom of the brace doesn’t secure the brace very well. I purchased this brace and I thought it was too small at first. Then I placed it on my knee and secured the straps to the Velcro and boom! This brace is awesome. I am going to order another brace for my right knee. I absolutely love this brace.

I am really enjoying this knee brace. I followed the size chart, that helped greatly! Price was good. It is comfortable, the straps are great making it adjustable for my chubby legs; but it does take some practice to get it on "right." If it's not right, I feel like a fight with it most of the day. I can't wear clingy pants that tends to want to pull it down. By right I mean = 1. On the right place on your leg, for me specifically below my knee. If it is "too low," when I bend my knee it pulls the brace down on my leg. To avoid this, I don't put it on a straight leg, but a slightly bent knee. 2. The right tightness so it stays in place but isn't uncomfortable

I was excited to try this knee brace, and overall it does fit well and offers great support for my arthritic knees, especially when walking or doing light activities. I really appreciate that it's designed for plus-size legs; finding something that fits comfortably and isn’t cutting into me is a huge win win. That said, I was a little disappointed that it tends to slide down during more vigorous movement, like hiking. I found myself needing to stop and readjust several times, which isn’t ideal when I’m trying to stay active. It’s still a good product, especially for casual wear or lower-impact days. I just wish it had a bit more grip or stayed in place better during higher activity levels.

Size down! I measured and ordered based on thier chart. I ordered the size that they recommended and I so could have gone down a size or two. Having bigger legs, I wanted to make sure it fit. I thought it being bigger would not be a problem. I was wrong. The top strap, no matter how tight you make it, slips down the brace. Which in turn causes the top of the brace to slide down off the knee. The only thing that keep the brace up is the bottom strap. If you are needing a brace and are not moving around too much, this does work. But if you need to do any walking, I would choose another brace. I am not returning it because it does work and has helped with my knee pain. But it does not stay in place when walking. No matter what size you buy.

I have large legs to begin with, but I also have lymphedema. Finding a knee brace that would fit me was a task I'd undertaken and not had any luck with so far. But I needed knee braces because I also have osteoarthritis, my knees are bone on bone and my kneecaps are prone to slip and slide a lot, making it hard for me to walk without fear of falling. My doctor told me good braces would help keep the kneecap in place, so I set about trying to find some. But every time I read measurements, I left disappointed because I knew they wouldn't fit me. I thought I was just destined to have to learn to live with knees that went sideways while I was going forward, but then I happened to find these. After reading the measurements, I decided to take a chance on these. Finally, I have relief!! These fit comfortably without biting into my legs at all! They're easy to get on and easy to get adjusted (though I have my husband do that because my shoulders are also bone on bone and I don't have the upper arm strength to pull the straps tight enough for my comfort). They're very comfortable, they don't roll or slip when I'm walking and I can wear them all day without issues! If they get dirty, I just toss them in a sink full of soapy water, then rinse them well and hang them from the shower curtain to dry without any problems! If you're looking for a larger brace for larger legs and have found these and are reading this review, I highly recommend these! I don't think you'll be disappointed and I think the relief you get will be wonderful!

Doesn’t matter how much you tighten it, doesn’t matter how much the straps dig into the back of your leg, this thing DOES NOT do anything but lightly sit on top of the knee providing 0 support. How can a brace be so uncomfortable yet provide no support? They’ve found that delicate balance in this brace!

Awesome fit for bigger gals! I recommend. Nice sturdy material both in the front and reverse. Most at stores are for small build people and can cost lots of money. This is definitely a good buy! I'm very happy with it.

I am a bigger fellow about 400 pounds. Did a lot of concrete work as a young man in my knees suffer for it now these are very comfortable. They stay in position. Nice straps that work real well if you’re getting inside of these, read the measurements and measure correctly.

The video is helpful for properly getting it on and secure. Thank you for that! I find it is secure on me, once I saw the video and got it on right, and it is comfortable and it HELPS! I am moving around more with minimal pain. Good product!

Wish I would of found these sooner. Both knees are done, but right is worse than left. These braces help with the pain, not so much in my right as it needs to be replaced, but makes pain and walking much more tolerable. I tried the pull on type but found because of the size of my thigh it would roll down / not stay in place causing a lot of pain in the back of my leg. These fit really well, stay in place and very comfortable. Might finally be able to get mobile again.

Returned. It’s a good brace but slid around my knee too much for it to actually help.

Nope - just kept falling down! I did the measurements and bought the right size, but the Velcro straps would cut in at the back of the knee if you bent your leg. I sent it back. It’s not that the quality of it was bad, it’s just this is not made for women! Even the video showed a woman so I was hopeful, but no, this is made for people with straight legs, mostly men in my opinion
