This story is such a perfect way to prepare a child(ren) for the arrival of a new baby in their home. A new baby can be hard for kids to understand at first, but this story brings light and empowerment to older siblings in such a sweet and nurturing way. The illustrations are also just as wonderful. Highly recommend this to a new big sister with baby on the way!

My daughter has been struggling with being a big sister since her little brother was born. She really enjoyed listening to me read her this book and even pointed out things that she has done with the baby. It was a good book.

This is such a sweet book! I love that it tackles the challenging emotions around becoming a big sister as well as the joy. I find it very realistic based on my daughter's experiences. Super important to have a book that acknowledges the big feelings little ones experience! The illustrations are lovely as well! Highly recommend and will definitely be giving as a gift in the future.

Cute story of Noelle becoming a big, the book is shirt and to the point. I would recommend this to parents expecting their second child.

We are expecting our second child and wanted to help our daughter process this major transition. She loves the book, asks us to read it to her over and over and has been getting ready to be the best big sister, herself! She even sets aside her old toys for the new baby. It’s beautifully illustrated, it touches on all the feelings that young children might have. Plus, it’s a little girl of color, and my daughter is also a person of color and it’s nice that she can see someone who looks like her with a mixed family that looks like ours!

This book was really cute and my great niece loved it.
