I have been using this in recovery mode after long runs and then do a TENS session after that and my legs feel great. Even after a hard 10k this really seems to help my legs just relax. I also use the strength building settings a little. It can get incredibly strong. Way harder than I can flex a muscle on my own. Great for areas you might be struggling to strengthen. You can use this while working out for a crazy boost!!!

This TINS/NMES does not work properly. You cannot set rate, hertz, or cycle. I do NOT recommend this product if you are recovering from a surgery and the muscle needs to be stimulated. I tried to return it but they don’t allow returns because they know their product is overpriced.

I thought the Edge 3.0 might be too much of a "Training" device, based on the videos and Compex training guides, but the effect is same as the manual unit - basic TENS/EMS. Much easier to get started and the preset parameters are very comfortable and effective. Glad I bought it. I'm using it to get my quads going after a knee injury. The Recovery program is a nice massage effect. I'm curious what pulse width and pulse rate they are using as presets.

It works as advertised. Easy to use and very effective. The diagrams are very helpful.
