Comfortable shoe. The shoe flap (under the laces) is attached to the upper part of the shoe so water won’t get in. That’s the only difference between the waterproof and normal version. Suggest going up half a size if you want to wear thick socks.

Shoes fit great! However wrong size came the first time but my daughter loved the shoes too and just happened to be her size. I ordered a 2nd pair and the right size came. Hint: Double check order before sending shipments out.

After 11 months, these are still in great condition even though I wear them almost daily. Bottom tread still great, sides still tightly stitched, nothing broken or cracked. I would definitely recommend these and plan to buy a second pair! (Side note, my feet DO get a little sweaty in them, but that's what showers and clean socks are for.)
