I was hesitant to order these pumpkin seed oil softgels solely due to some reviews that mention there is mold in the softgels. It is not true. If you read the label it states in part “Natural color variation may occur in this product. Naturally occuring dark particulates may be visible in the pumpkin seed oil but do not affect the quality of the product.” Obviously some people are not reading the label which is disturbing. You need to read the directions and label in its entirety before consuming any pills in any form. Anyway I am very pleased. I believe these softgels are helping my hair grow long to my waist. I've been taking these to help me sleep better. They work great. But one of the two bottles I received in my last shipment have white, cloudy, moldy-looking stuff inside the capsules. The expiration date is 2026. I can't return them so they are going in the trash. I'm going to look for another brand because this is the second time in a year that this has happened.
