I recently bought this product and I'm really impressed with its performance. The quality is top-notch, and it does exactly what it promises. I especially love everything about it, which has made my life easier. It arrived on time and was well-packaged, making the unboxing experience great. I got a 3d printer from a friend for my birthday and this is exactly what I needed affordable reliable but if you want it to be fast this isn’t it also the battery life isn’t the best

I saw this item for sale used for a good price and I thought it might be useful as a travel laptop: functional, small, cheap enough that it wouldn't matter if it was broken, spilled on or left behind while traveling internationally. When the Chromebook arrived I checked that it had several years of updates available, and it did. However the Chromebook is too low quality to be any use for anything: the screen is low-res, washed out and awful. The keyboard is so bad it's impossible to type on: although none of the keys was broken, half of my keypresses (on any key) didn't register, and it felt like there was sand under the keys. The hardware is hopelessly under-powered for basic web browsing tasks like reading email: having even 2 or 3 tabs open slowed the machine to a crawl. And the laptop isn't particularly small or light. I pity any schoolchild who has to do homework on this, it's a terrible experience to use. I returned mine for a refund.

This is best value for money the battery lasts all day and it came well packaged works well with the apps installed the screen quality is top tier it works well with the internet and its very fast and it came in a decent size I really like it and would purchase again

If you can get past the small size (11"), this Chromebook is a good buy. The keyboard doesn't feel cramped at all, screen is fine for work/web/videos and the sound is good and made better with headphones. But it's *alarmingly* slow. Pages often time out before loading, and I'm spending a lot of time hitting the Refresh button. For a newer Chromebook, and a Dell at that, this is a surprise! I have a truly ancient Dell Latitude laptop running Windows XP that can do some things faster than this, and every other laptop or tablet I've used here has been quick to get up and at 'em, so it's not the fault of my internet connection. This works out OK for me as I'd rather be online less overall, but if you need to be plugged in, something a bit faster might be better for your needs.

This was marketed as 'Refurbished - Excellent". The screen has permanent & visible scratches, which does not equate to "Excellent".Also, the laptop arrived in a thin cardboard box, with one layer of thin bubble wrap. Nothing else in the box whatsoever. Most importantly, there was no charger and no cable. I had to go to Target and purchase a charger & cable, which was an additional expense of $40.I expected a charger and cable to come with this laptop, per the Amazon Renewed written pledge:"All Amazon Renewed purchases will come with accessories equivalent to those that shipped in the box when new. These items may not be original but will be compatible and fully functional."You might say, "What did you expect for $65?" The answer is, "I expected to receive what was advertised for $65".Regardless, the laptop seems to be functioning well and does all that I need it to do.

Bought this for our 6th grader to use at school. He isn't super responsible so it has been sturdy enough to be dropped a couple of times.
