I heard about this is Felixs video and had to try it out. Amazing. Reduced cortisone, maked it easier to fall asleep and improved my sleep quality. I fall asleep faster. Unlike melatonin, this is not a hormone, not habit forming, and no grogginess. I'll definitely reorder.

My sleep is better and more complete but can be shortened by PS as well. 30-45 mins after taking it, music sounds so much better to me its so strange and the effects lasts a day or two. Also it brings me closer to people I feel wronged me. I'm more generous and empathetic. My PTSD Reponses have gone and never came back without me having to take it again. It repaired my relationship with my sister.

I bought this one for my friend. Her daughter did not gave any negative feedback on strength, quality, or taste. But her final exam result is good. So I will give it as a good ranking.

I'm glad to have this product on hand again. I use it after waking up and needing another two hours of sleep. I pretend that it also creates sleep dreams. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, because typically those hours prior to getting up in the morning are prime time for remembering our dreams.

seems good. no noted side effects. energy level feels decreased when I take this consistently, but that may track as it is supposed to lower cortisol. No testing done to verify my levels.

One of two vitamins I take for mental clarity. The other one is ginseng. They both work great highly recommended.

As mentioned by other reviews, Nutricost recently halved the dosage while increasing the price. This can be dangerous if someone is depending on getting the full dosage of the supplement and doesn't notice! This is the 2nd instance I've seen of Nutricost screwing around with formulas--they also changed their magnesium glycinate to contain magnesium oxide, and my subscription was automatically changed to the new inferior formula. Simple enough to change my order to Purely Holistic. From now on I'll have to scrutinize every Nutricost order to see if they're playing this dangerous game. As far as the PS, I can probably switch to Swanson and wait for a 40% discount to beat Nutricost's new higher price.
