can you use this on the Bottom Bracket on a Bike

This is good on any fastener that might sieze up. Particularly on stainless steel nuts and bolts

Should i get copper or just regular anti seize for jeep Cherokee?

Copper is great for temps upwards of1800f. Permatex uses copper & aluminum for effectiveness upwards of 1600f. When you consider an O2 sensor reads temps around 650f I’d say either of the products is adequate but permatex specifically advertises use on exhaust bolts.

can this be used on lug nuts

I used it on 2 in bolts for a farm plow and they remained tight. I would think it would be ok, but with the vibration of the tires not sure it would not loosen. I would check with an auto mechanic.

Can I use this for the caliper pins?

Permatex makes a "brake parts lube" that is a synthetic grease. Definitely use that over the anti seize.
