I finally broke down and ordered a bog box of 3Ms and am throwing these in the garbage. NO!, I will not give these away they are dangerous. They are made for VERY narrow ear canals (2 month old bay) and you end up pushing them in so far to get a seal that it hurts. These are trash. Perhaps they are made of good materials but the narrow shape negates that potential.

They work
That pretty much says it all. These soft foam plugs protect my sleep from the sound of everything from overhead planes to my husband's snoring.Take special care of the cautions for removing them; be sure to slowly twist them to release the vacuum and avoid injury.
